How it works

Our legal AI works to streamline low-value claims processing while ensuring that regulatory compliance is always adhered to. Through the application of artificial intelligence (AI), it reduces the burden and cost associated with the handling of low-value, quantum-only defence claims, and Stage 3 motor and EL/PL MoJ Portal cases.

Using machine learning to read and interpret documents of all types, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), natural language processing, and process automation, the AI provides a true, end-to-end claims automation solution for the insurance industry.

MoJ Stage 3 Processing

MOJ portal cases can be simply onboarded to our AI via email or a Verisk COA system, for rapid processing. Once the documents have been processed, the AI will wait for legal proceedings to begin, taking over the trouble of filing the Acknowledgment of Service, booking counsel, sending briefs, and managing claim payments, if required, before closing the case.

Built on the existing automation platform, the Response Manager provides a framework product to address major incident or product liability cases, including volume data breach claims, volume product liability cases, and miscellaneous incidents of an unspecified nature.
